Momentune creates personalized songs (music and lyrics) based on information provided by the Customer (stories, memories, names, occasions, style preferences). We use artificial intelligence (AI) technology combined with human creativity and oversight.
Essential — €19.99: 1 personalized song, 1 style/genre, male or female vocals, lyrics in PDF, 1 revision, MP3 and WAV format, ready in 1-2 business days.
Classic — €49.99: 3 personalized songs, 3 different styles, male or female vocals, lyrics in PDF, 3 revisions, MP3 and WAV format, ready in 5 business days.
Premium — €124.99: 5 personalized songs, 30-minute online consultation, male or female vocals, custom artist name & mini brand guide, lyrics + music prompts, 5 revisions, MP3 and WAV format, ready within 3 business days after consultation.
All prices include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change; changes do not affect existing paid orders.
An order is placed by completing the questionnaire on our website and completing payment via Stripe. We confirm receipt via email within 24 hours. Work begins only after successful payment.
Delivery timelines are specified per package and counted in business days from payment (Essential, Classic) or consultation (Premium). Weekends and Hungarian public holidays are excluded.
Each package includes a set number of revisions (Essential: 1, Classic: 3, Premium: 5). Revision requests can be sent to hello@momentune.com. Revisions cover adjustments to lyrics and musical style, not complete recreation. Additional revisions beyond the package limit are available at an additional fee.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment, provided that we have not yet begun working on your order. If you have requested that we begin work before the 14-day period expires and the service has been fully delivered, the right to a refund is forfeited. If work has begun but is not complete, a partial refund proportional to the remaining work may be issued.
Intellectual property of the songs remains with Momentune. Upon payment, the Customer receives an unlimited, non-exclusive, personal-use license. This includes listening, sharing on social media, gifting, and playing at personal events. Commercial use (sale, advertising) requires prior written permission from Momentune.
Momentune reserves the right to use completed songs (in anonymized form) as portfolio references unless the Customer explicitly objects in writing.
Momentune openly discloses the use of AI tools for lyric writing and music production. All songs undergo human review before delivery.
Momentune strives for customer satisfaction but cannot guarantee the final product will meet all expectations. Revisions are provided for this purpose. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the ordered package.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
